– Material : Laser engrave
– Total engrave thickness : Around 10″ X 13″ cm.
– Engraving Depth : Around 3 mm
– Provide your artwork to out designer coco team.

Submitting your artwork
– We accepts artwork via E-mail only ( marketing@grabcoco.com )
– We prefer AI format as its reduces the time it takes to prepare artwork for engraving.
– Please informed size of your artwork must be (only wide side from left to right in centimetres, the height is according to the proportion of your artwork.

Processing time
Normally, We spend not more than 3 weeks business days BUT if you need your stamp rapidly urgent please inform us and additional charge fee will apply.

Exchange condition ( for coconuts only):

– The company reserves the right to exchange any coconuts which is in not good condition after stamping 1-1 exchange policy.
